Q: How can I obtain a store roster or locate a map to a specific Speedway location?
Currently, we are advising customers to use our website. We do not have a print copy of all our stores at this time. We recommend that you view our on line version by clicking on
. To find all stores within a specific state, key in the state in the appropriate box. You will be able to view of all stores, listed in alphabetical order by city. The list will include the street address and telephone number for each location as well as the petroleum products offered at each location. The site also allows you to print a map of each store.

Q: Why do gas prices change so often?
Speedway and other competing gasoline retailers deal with constant fluctuations in the wholesale cost of gasoline. Unlike other consumer products, gasoline is a world commodity with very limited supplies. In the U.S. we use more gasoline than we are able to produce in our own country and we must import the difference to meet our needs. With our production being less than our demand, it is no surprise that even the smallest change in the delicate supply/demand balance can lead to dramatic price fluctuations. After expenses and income taxes, a typical Speedway store earns, on average, just pennies per gallon. Due to these narrow margins we adjust gasoline pricing to constantly bring you the most competitive price possible, as a result prices may fluctuate on a daily basis.

Online payments received prior to 1:00 p.m. EST, payments by check received prior to 10:00 a.m. EST and payments by phone received prior to 4:00 p.m. EST on any regular business day will be applied as of that date, otherwise, they will be applied on the next regular business day.

Q: How can I earn additional points using my Speedway Platinum MasterCard®?
When you shop at any Speedway or SuperAmerica location and present your Speedway Platinum MasterCard along with your Speedy Rewards card you will receive 40 additional Speedy Rewards points for every $1 spent. These points are in addition to the base, bonus, and club points you earn automatically. Plus, you’ll receive 10 additional Speedy Rewards points for every $1 spent for shopping everywhere else MasterCard is accepted. Chase points will be automatically credited to your Speedy Rewards account at the end of each billing cycle. New Speedway Platinum MasterCard® customers are eligible to receive 10,000 bonus Speedy Rewards points after the first use on their new card.
Q: How can I keep track of the Chase points I have earned using my Speedway Platinum MasterCard®?
The Chase points you earn using your Speedway Platinum MasterCard® will be clearly shown on your monthly credit card statement. To view your Speedway Platinum MasterCard® balance online, go to
. The Chase points displayed will be accurate as of your last statement date and Chase points earned since your last statement date can be viewed on your next statement. Chase points will be automatically transferred to your Speedy Rewards account at the end of each billing cycle. Your Speedy Rewards account activity can be viewed at www.SpeedyRewards.com and Chase points earned can be easily identified with a store number of Platinum MasterCard.
Q: How do I redeem my Speedway Platinum MasterCard Chase points?
Chase points earned during the month are not available for redemption until they are posted on your monthly billing statement. Chase points will be automatically transferred to your Speedy Rewards account at the end of each billing cycle. To redeem your Speedy Rewards points, your card must be registered with your name and address. Simply scan your card at any Speedy Rewards terminal inside the store. The screen will display how many points you have accumulated and your options for redemption.
Q: Are there any restrictions on earning Chase points?
Chase Points are not earned on balance transfers, cash advances, any checks that are used to access your account, money orders, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your Account. Points will be deducted from any returns or credits made on your account. Points will not accrue and cannot be redeemed if the account is not in good standing.
